The story of this venture, born in the years when this industry began to be discussed in Turkey, is hidden in the notes of the perfume. Currently, it serves with more than 250 branches in Turkey and over 600 globally, employing thousands.
Producing scents that touch the souls of millions every year with perfume and related product lines, Loris produces millions of perfume bottles annually in its production facility in Gebze, Kocaeli. Addressing a wide geography from the Middle East to Europe, the brand creates innovative, research-driven, and world-standard production with the principle of the "universality of perfume."
Establishing Loris Academy to provide a solution not only for in-house needs but also for the shortage of qualified personnel in the industry, Loris has trained hundreds of young individuals as perfumers. The brand has initiated an extensive training program conducted by experienced trainers in various topics such as personal development, professional skills, sales competence, leadership skills, product, and brand knowledge, forming Perfumology curriculum for store employees.
Meticulously pursuing the goal of producing the world's most beautiful scents in the highest quality and offering them to customers at affordable prices, the brand raised the bar to achieve quality. With its InoLab (Innovative Fragrance Laboratory) equipped with GCMS technology, Loris, under the management of fragrance experts and chemists, has achieved significant successes. The DesignHub, named "Signature in Perfume," manages the brand's communication activities across all channels.
LORIS is making strong strides towards becoming a global cosmetic brand with innovative creations and a competitive product range. It has demonstrated success in exporting to various continents, especially in Europe, expanding its supply chain. Production, carried out under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and adhering to ISO 22716:2007 GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, ensures hygiene and quality without compromising. The brand's full-equipped laboratory conducts organoleptic, physical, and chemical tests (Purity Test GC_MS Device) before offering the products for sale in compliance with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards for imported essences.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and expectations, Loris examines and reports feedback with great diligence according to Customer Satisfaction ISO 10002:2004 Quality Standard.
